Here at LOR HQ we specialise in meeting the needs of our wholesale / trade customers, we are a fully registered, licensed and insured dog bakery, our feed hygiene reference is GB 708 18/00157 - we are VAT registered and Limited status. We have built our reputation over the years from word of mouth alone, we rarely advertise, we let our products speak for themselves.
With over 80% of our orders being sent to our 250+ stockists we like to think we can cater for most needs, with years of experience, development and valuable feedback from our fantastic stockists, it is our priority to not only make your life easier but more profitable.
With this in mind, we have developed all our products to have a generous trade discount and a 12 months shelf life naturally, we never add salt, sugar, preservatives, artificial colours or flavourings and all our biscuits are hypoallergenic and approved by our fabulous Nutritionist who has been an expert in her field for over 30 years.
Why is this important? Well you don't want to be turning away business, dog owners are more aware than ever of the quality of ingredients in their treats, so when you get asked; are they natural, grain free, suitable for sensitive tummies, intolerances, you can confidently say YES!

Step 2 - Await for your approval email, click the link in the email and set your password.
Step 3 - Order your stock! Yes that's it, no hassle, no faff, you can access your account and order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To save you even more time you are welcome to use all our product photos and descriptions, just request this once you have placed your first order and you will be given access to these, along with the barcodes / SKU's.
Q. Can I sell your products via my website and shows?
A. Yes of course, you are welcome to sell and ship our products online, in person or at events!
Q. Do you do private / white labelling options?
A. We do on certain products, but there is a much higher MOQ for this option as we are trying to build brand awareness, why not talk to us about other options such as including your logo on our tagged products - which requires a much lower MOQ that most businesses can achieve and are thrilled with the results.
Q. What are your best sellers?

Q. Can I use my own packaging and labels for the loose items?
A. Yes, but we do ask that all labels do state we are the manufacturer of the products, not only does this cover you under our product liability and license, it gives our lovely bakers and Biscuiteers the credit they deserve for all the hard work that has gone into developing and creating all the yummy goodies! Please don't pretend to make our goodies, you will lose your wholesale account if we are made aware of it.
Q. How should I display your products?
A. Again, this would be subject to your set up and what look you are trying to achieve, but we do offer various display options, whether be display jars, rustic wood counter top and floor standing displays, window stickers, leaflets, paper bags. We like to think we have covered most bases, and all of it is available at a click of a button once logged into your trade account. Q. How much is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A. We keep our MOQ really low at just £60, there is no need to place monthly orders but in order to stay active on our system we ask for at least 2 orders a year. Our goodies have a 12 month shelf life remember so no risk of stock going out of stock before being sold.
Q. Shipping times and delivery?
A. We aim to ship all trade orders within 5-7 working days, although it is often sooner. We may extend this slightly during our busiest Christmas weeks, but this will be clearly communicated at checkout so you know exactly where you stand. We use DHL / DPD for our trade orders, you get sent an email when your order has been dispatched with full tracking information and you will be sent a timeslot on the morning of your delivery day - we offer free shipping on orders over £200.
Q. What if my order is damaged during transit?
A. This can happen, but with our expert packers, this is getting less and less common. We operate on a no nonsense refund or replace policy so you are never left out of pocket, we just ask for a timely email with pictures and we will sort the rest.
Q. Above your usual trade discount, do you offer further discount for larger orders?
A. We do yes, as a general rule, if you are ordering 500 units of more of one product we can normally look at the price for you and quote - just pop us an email at email@example.com.
Q. Do you offer payment terms?
A. We do sometimes yes, it depends on the size, quantity of the orders and of course a credit check as naturally there is more admin and risk involved in this for us, we like to keep our prices as low as we possibly can for all our stockists, so this is only considered on an case by case basis.
