Shipping policy

Everything is handmade so please allow 5-7 days for delivery, items under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.

Larger order’s will be sent via a courier

Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for delays due to the postal services, but we will endeavour to assist if any problems occur with our courier. For items sent via Royal Mail, we can submit a claim 10 days after the item has been posted if it has not arrived.
